After nearly three decades in real estate, development and construction, Christopher Troke—founder of Envision Design Studio in 2017—decided to formally pursue his passion for design by enrolling in the Architectural Building Technology program at Pacific Design Academy. Known for his innate ability to visualize land layouts and understand the build process from the ground up, Chris sought to blend hands-on experience with cutting-edge design tools and AI-driven workflows.

It was there that he crossed paths with Patel Vaibhav, then Department Head and Instructor of Architectural Building Technology and Interior Design. A respected engineer and educator, Patel brought a sharp technical mind and deep academic expertise to the studio environment. What started as collaboration on class projects quickly evolved into a powerful professional partnership.

United by a shared belief that great design should be both creative and constructible, Chris and Patel joined forces to reshape the approach to residential and small-scale commercial architecture. Today, as strategic partners at Envision Design Studio, they fuse practical experience, forward-thinking technology, and academic excellence—delivering clean, permit-ready designs backed by 3D visualization, and a commitment to smarter, faster, and more inspiring designs.
